About Our Catnip
Grown and harvested in beautiful Washington State, our catnip is a cut above. We allow it to reach full maturity, maximizing its essential oil and bloom potency. Fresh and aromatic, our catnip is no older than one year from harvest, ensuring its powerful effect through the active compound ‘Nepetalactone,’ which cats adore.
Cats have a special gland at the roof of their mouth called ‘Vomeronasal’. Nepetalactone is similar to cats natural pheromones, and it is through that gland that cats get the well known crazy effect of catnip!
We offer a variety of formats, including Leaf & Flower, Whole Buds, Fine Ground, No Mess Catnip Pellets, and a liquid spray Rejuvenator. We also created blends including valerian Root and Silver Vine catnip mix.
